This small state belies its richness of culture, customs, heritage, flora and fauna. Sikkim, once a protectorate of India with a monarchy government but metamorphosed as the 22nd state of the Indian Union in the year 1975. The population of the state is only 4,20,000 as per the last census. Amidst the grandeur of the mountain peaks, lush green valleys cascading waterfalls and fast flowing rivers, beautiful monasteries and terraced hills, Sikkim offers her visitor a rare and exotic experience
DAY 01: NJP railway station / Bagdogra airport – Gangtok (Approx 130 KM)
On arrival at NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport you will meet oOR executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok. Check in and overnight at Hotel.

Day 02: Gangtok to Tshangu lake (Approx. 45 KM)
After breakfast in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake where the cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. (In case of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided)

DAY 03: Gangtok to Lachung (Approx. 125 KM)
Pick up from Gangtok hotel and transfer to Lachung. On the way visit Tashi view point, Seven sister’s water fall. (Subject to the vehicle taking the normal route)

DAY 04: Lachung to Yumthang (Approx 25 KM)
Day excursion to Yumthang Valley. Optional: Yumesamdong known as Zero point is 25 KM away from Yumthang valley. Yumesamdong excursion can be availed by processing a permit & paying a supplement cost for vehicle. There is no refund in case the permit is confirmed by Sikkim tourism & due to whatsoever reason one is not able to visit.

DAY 05: Lachung to Gangtok (Approx. 125 KM)
Early morning proceed for Gangtok. On the way, sightseeing of Bhim Nala waterfall.

Day 06: Gangtok to Darjeeling (Approx. 100 KM)
In the morning, leave for half day sightseeing covering Jhakri Water Falls, Droul Chorthen, Research institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday), Flower Show. Afternoon transfer to Darjeeling.

Day 07: Darjeeling day tour
Early morning visit to the Tiger Hills (at around 4 AM) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast go for a half day sightseeing of Japanese Temple peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Darjeeling ropeway ride (Ticket cost not included). Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self help Center (Closed on Sunday).

Day 08: Darjeeling to Bagdogra station
Drop at Bagdogra airport. Darjeeling – Bagdogra airport = Approx. 100 Km
